recalibrate your perspective and
reset your focus to achieve exponential results. Just knowing someone will follow up with you is all the incentive most of us need to drop the excuses and do what we promise to ourselves.
Unlike the more traditional coaching methods, this is more collaborative and practical. Rather than delve into how your past has held you back (that’s for another type of session). These sessions are for when you just want support and guidance to navigate the terrain and propel your game forward. I’m here to help you achieve the unimaginable, work out the next steps needed to achieve your goals, commit to taking each action one step at a time and follow through until you’re successful.
It’s very straightforward! It is UNLIMITED 15-minute coaching sessions, (for a minimum of three months open-ended) straight to the point, where we focus on one topic to enable you to take the next step and achieve your goals in record time.
Our first call will last 30 minutes and is all about getting to know each other. It enables me to understand how you can be guided effectively. Together we’ll identify your major areas of focus, the steps you’ll need to take to reach them and the support you will require throughout that journey. We may also uncover some obstacles and start planning how we can overcome them with an open mind.
Each ongoing session will take 15 minutes. After each call, I will send you an email with a link to the call recording, your actions, and a link to schedule our next call.

How is Fast Forward coaching different?
Each call is only 15 minutes long and is held online or by telephone. After we’ve become comfortable with each other in our initial sessions, we won’t bother with ‘preamble’, small-talk and settling into the calls — I understand you are busy and looking for action – so we will get stuck in and see you soar!
Sessions are very ‘outcome focused’. Results are quick, cumulative and progress is achieved rapidly.
The focus each time is on the achievement of one specific step of one goal, removing the chance for overwhelm.
You’ll receive clear, achievable actions from each session. Once you’ve completed them, book your next coaching call online as soon as you’d like. If that means you’re choosing to have a call and do your actions every weekday and want to annihilate your to-do list, go ahead!
Your success is my success, and this is all about getting things done effectively, efficiently and effortlessly.
There is only one rule, you can’t book your next session until you have completed the actions from the previous session.

If you’re keen to delve deeply into the complex reasons why you’re stuck, we’d recommend a more traditional model of coaching or assistance from a psychologist or counsellor. Oxygenate is a ‘light-touch motivation and accountability program. It’s all about taking rapid, practical action and making consistent steps forward with specific goals.
What happens when I join?
After you join, you’ll receive some pre-work in the form of a detailed questionnaire to get you thinking about how you’d like to use the coaching program and what you’d love to achieve.
I’ll send you a link to schedule your initial 30-minute coaching call. The following calls are each 15 minutes long, to make it easy to schedule these during your working day.
During the initial session, we’ll get to know each other, confirm your first goal and identify the larger milestones that will get you there. We’ll agree on your first achievable ‘action’ commitment.
Shortly after the call, you’ll be sent a link to the recording, confirmation of the action step you’ve agreed to, and a link to schedule your next call.
If you get stuck, I’ll be just an email away for extra support.
You have can get on the phone for as many sessions as it takes to reach your goals, whilst you are a member.
I only accept a limited number of clients to ensure you will have the luxury of booking as many session times as you need to monitor progress and set goals. Provided you implement the steps we agree on, you will have as many Oxygenate sessions as you need to reach your goals. That’s exceptional value for your investment.
